A very original & solid example of the iconic Ford Orion 1. 6 GL, finished in Strato Silver, complimented with Shadow cloth upholstery in remarkable condition both inside & out.
Supplied new to Mr A Charles of Stratford-Upon-Avon on 19/ 11/ 1990 by Coulters Garage Evesham before being transferred in to his Wife's name, who in turn retained the car until 2017 when the car went in to relatively short term ownership for 3 years to a chap from Cornwall therefore now shows 2 previous keepers.
The car was always kept garaged which is clearly evident in how well the car presents today with all common areas of concern such as sills, rear arches, battery tray etc all sound.
Specification includes electric front windows, electric mirrors, power steering, sunroof, original Ford radio cassette & the highly desirable Ghia spec pepperpot alloys.
Glass is all etched with the chassis number, original supplying dealer plates are still displayed as is the rear window sticker.
The original book pack & owners manual are still retained, as is the original stamped service booklet with PDI sheet, audio manual with radio key card, both original keys, lots of receipts for service work carried out & previous M. O. T certificates.
Recent work carried out as follows:
Major braking system overhaul including new master cylinder, new flexi hoses, new discs & pads, rear brakes stripped, cleaned & new rear wheel cylinders.
New cambelt & water pump
4 New matching tyres (spare also replaced)
New Yuassa battery
New Exhaust
