A cutting-edge design 40 years ago which has journeyed from futuristic, beyond the unloved stage to cool-classic, Fitted with the throaty V8 which spawned from an American design, the TR8 was well received across the Atlantic where most were sold. This particular car looks barely sat in, and it was sourced from America by one of our clients and returned to its birth land to form part of a stunning car collection of pristine British sports cars. Since new it has spent most of its time in dry storage and the mileage of just 3, 000 is believed to be correct. We sold the car on to another collector four years ago and are pleased to be selling it on once again. On top as well as underneath, everything bears out its claim as one of the most perfectly preserved of its type and this is an amazing discovery. Finished in Platinum Silver with Navy Check and Black folding hood.
