Description

This Triumph TR6 left the factory in Triumph Racing Green, with a tan interior. Still presented in most of its factory original paint, the car needs to be completely restored.

The chassis frame is mostly solid, with visible rust damage in the rear suspension outriggers and on the central breast plate. The body has collision damage on the right front fender and a corner of the bonnet. The inner fender appears to be straight, but would need to be checked for correct alignment.

Also, the front section of the left rear fender looks to have been damaged in the past. It shows colour difference and incorrect door alignment, which needs to be corrected during restoration. Rust damage is visible on the sills and on the front and rear body panels.

The interior is in original condition and needs to be completely renovated.

Originally equipped with an overdrive transmission, the car received a later CF-series engine and standard CD-series 4 speed gearbox. The engine turns by hand, but would likely need at least a partial rebuild. 68. 069 mls on the odometer.

This TR6 is a nicely preserved original project car for restoration.

Price: € 6. 900

The Triumph TR6 has an Illinois salvage certificate and EU customs document (duties paid).
