The Ferrari 330 came about already in 1963 in the same body form as the 250 GTE. Also referred to as Ferrari 330 America. Then came the Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Series 1 with quad headlight and was also called Chinese Eyes. The Ferrari 330 GT series 2 has now dual headlights. And no more Borrani wheels. Instead of overdrive, the gearbox is a five speed.
Exterior: As you can see in the pictures, it is not a perfect car I am presenting here. There are dings and dents, scratches and even some traces of impact. However, it is still a Ferrari and still super cool! Moreover, the condition of the car truly indicates that this is a car that has been used as a daily driver for a long time. Those wide Borrani wheels really tell you the heritage of the Ferrari 330 and new Pirelli tyres have recently been fitted.
Interior: Dash and instruments are just beautiful. The Ferrari 330 GT leather has the most amazing patina. Still so nice and soft while showing the age and use over the years. It does need a new carpet set however.
Engine: Fires up like only a Colombo V12 Ferrari engine can. The for sale Ferrari 330 GT sound is fantastic and unmistakable. Shifting through the long gears is easy and when you come out on the highway. You can use the overdrive and be cruising comfortably in high speed at low rpm. Many hours have been invested in the car recently to improve the mechanical condition. Some of the points that have been addressed are: new water pump, new fuel hoses, belts, all fluids replaced, brakes serviced, radiator rebuilt and water hoses replaced.
History: The for sale Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 is a year model 1965 and was registered here in Sweden in 1967. In 1976, it changed ownership most likely to a dealer that had the car for a month before it moved on to the next owner that had the car until 1984. And from here, the car stayed in the same family until today. The Ferrari has recently been in the care of a marque specialist who sorted the car out mechanically and it gives a very nice driving experience. There are some original parts that will come along with the car.
