1966 LAND ROVER SERIES 2 2. 25 petrol - ULEZ EXEMPT
Just arrived in part exchange against one of our special Overfinch vehicles is this superb value for money 1966 Series 2 .
Previously owned by a true enthusiast who has gone right through the vehicle with his son making any necessary repairs and upgrades they deemed necessary , as a result this is a great driving vehicle but still displays a fantastic patina.
The eager eyed amongst you will notice that the car has had its bulkhead fully replaced and the body as a whole is in fantastic condition too with no repairs required whatsoever, inner wings front and rear both perfect also .
It has recently had a new alternator, starter motor, battery, plugs , new plug leads and a distributor fitted also so starts first time every time without issue. Chassis is in excellent condition and requires no repairs nor are there any signs of any previous either
In my opinion it wants a fresh set of sets as the colour isn’t exactly a perfect match for a bronze green car! I also have a full set of the original steel wheels which can either be painted bronze green or limestone depending on the customers preference.
The steel roof canopy is removable so can be taken off and enjoyed al fresco all summer .
It is also ulez exempt due to being over 40 years old.
