Welcome to the sale of my 1984 Ford Granada 2. 8 Ghia X in Paris blue. Originally supplied by Bryan Brothers Ford of Bristol, the car began life as a demo, until being bought in February 86. It then remained in Bristol up until I bought it in 2017 and took it home to Scotland, so has only had 4 previous keepers including Ford. The car has good service history including most of the old mot's, original bill of sale, all Ford booklets and lots of receipts to back up the low mileage of 76k. I have serviced the car every year apart from 2020 (covid). It's just been mot'd and serviced again including oil and filter, spark plugs and new alternator belt. The car drives perfect, smooth gearbox, sweet V6 and all electrics are working apart from the passenger door central locking sometimes doesn't lock. Condition wise it is very good. Has the odd very minor blemish, small scab on passenger door, rear arch and below rear screen. All original panels, has had some paint in places over the years but overall looks great. Interior is stunning with uncracked dash and lovely upholestry All the ghia x refinements too including digital trip computer. After market cd player with aux in, but have an old ford stereo that I can include. I fitted original metric trx wheels and brand new tyres in 2018 at a cost of over £1100, well worth it in my opinion. I also fitted a front chin spoiler which can be easily removed if prefered. Has factory fitted boot spoiler. There is a few spares that could be included, spare glass and mk3 cosworth alloys and various other bits. Note it is carb, not injection. Underneath is good considering it has never been wax oyled. I was going to do this but I don't want to look like I'm trying to hide anything. Nearly 40 years old so not concourse but it if you want a good late example of the mk2 that you can jump in and enjoy, or take to a show, you won't find many like this. I'm only selling as I have another classic ford and finding it difficult to justify running two V6s. All genuine enquiries are welcome.
