MY88 Rover 820 Si with only 32. 000km!!!
Sort of a barnfind, as it was maintained from 1989 to 2019 by its first owner, who, due to having other vehicles and seeing the Rover as special car, gave it very little use.
The paintwork is the original, all the windows are original as well as the tires that are the ones with which it left the factory.
Inside, the seats are in excellent condition. They were protected by original UNIPART covers applied to the front seats that were applied since the day it left the Rover dealership in Algarve - Uniguia - and that were only recently removed, revealing the completely new gray velvet.
It has triplicate keys, user manual, service book, official «Austin-Rover» maintenance manual and the original tool kit is still sealed in cellophane.
In 2022, a complete engine overhaul was carried out (including the installation of a complete timing kit with water pump), the power steering hydraulic system was overhauled, as well as a series of other small interventions that were absolutely necessary.
It can be seen as a project, to do a little restoration and give it back all the glory and charm of the luxurious saloon it was in 1988, or simply use it and keep it as it is.
