Very genuine U. K. registered RHD LANCIA Fulvia Series 3, one of the last being registered in January 1977. Present owner since 1994, last taxed/ used in 1999, stored in private garage since then. Really strong survivor Car, best regarded as a light recommissioning project, so engine/ braking/ suspension etc. needing attention, but NO welding! Car looks 25 years old not the 45 it actually is. That said, the photos do flatter the paintwork somewhat, it appearing better than it is, but the bodywork is acceptable and there are no panels exhibiting rust!
There are a couple of ‘amateur’ welded patches underneath, no doubt so that it could pass an MOT, but this was done in the late 1980’s and that was the order of the day, whereas now restoration is much more professional and proficient shall we say.
Interior in Beige Vinyl is largely good, couple of split seams are present. Carpets torn and will need replacing. Headlining has been nibbled by a rodent, so will need a ‘make do’ repair. And I think that word sums this Fulvia up-you can get it running well and make it start/ drive/ stop etc. and then USE it as is and attend to the cosmetics later. Engine turns over fine. Car rolls easily. Sunroof totally operational and undamaged. No go faster goodies fitted, so very factory original, except the sought after Cromodora Alloy Wheels x 5, which are the Wheels to have. Keys for all locks. And would you believe it, after 23 years, the Clock works-unheard of!
So a highly original preserved Fulvia Coupe, in probably the best Colour -LANCIA Blue- needing straightforward reawakening and thereafter usable but improvable. Not expensive in the general scheme of things and not desperate to sell in any way. £7700 as is, or
£7200 minus the Alloys and having a set of 5 Steelies fitted instead. Transporter Delivery available for a reasonable sum.
