With here at RFH Classics we have this 1975 (N) MGB Roadster finished in the stunning Damask Red exterior with the upgraded Black Leather Trim. This delightful rubber bumper UK car comes to us from the previous owner who has owned the car for the past 9 years and in total it has only had 6 former owners. Externally the bodywork is immaculate having just returned to us after being the subject of a body restoration to the sills and castle sections followed by a complete repaint to the original factory specification colour. We have just had the Minilite wheels, that would have been an upgrade over the years stripped and powder coated in Anthracite Metallic with a very nice diamond cut edge which personally I feel really off set the cars beautiful colour.
Internally the car has had a number of improvements over the years most noticeable of which is the addition of the leather faced seat covers in Black and the addition of the Walnut Effect Dash covering that really make the interior very nice. The other interior trim such as the carpets and trim kit are also in very good order and there is a half tonneau cover to neaten up the very tidy hood frame when it is folded down.
Mechanically the engine, which has exceptionally good hot and cold oil pressure, is running on unleaded fuel and the 4 speed gearbox is fitted with a fully working Overdrive that in this case is operated from the stalk on the side of the steering column. The suspension and steering components are free from any rattles and bangs.
Although exempt from needing an MOT included in our screen price we supply this car with a new MOT and 3 months warranty. This vehicle is eligible for zero rated historic road tax which when coupled with the low cost to insure these cars makes it a very cost effective classic to own.
