Mr Darcy's are offering for sale, this very nice Triumph Stag original 3 Litre V8. Finished in guards red with contrasting black piped interior, this is one of the nicer colour combinations in the iconic Triumph sportscar. This car was subject to an older full restoration, but is now beginning to show some age related blemishes. It recently had a new radiator, Kenlow fan system, alternator, belts, and a host of other mechanical work to make her right. She sounds as a V8 should, and drives and stops with no issues. Everything is working as it should, with all electrics working perfectly. She had an after market oil pressure gauge fitted, which is a good addition to original Triumph V8 power units. Car is being supplied with an original hard and soft roof, but the hard roof will require some touching up to the paintwork. She has an extensive file of receipts, MOTs, photos of older restoration, owners, and workshop manuals etc. An original UK car that can be returned to UK plates with ease. The paintwork on the car is excellent, and having had new carpets and a very nice sound system upgrade, the interior is a nice place to spend some time. This is a lovely car overall, and they are becoming rare to find with the original Triumph engine. A great British Classic that can be driven away and used for the upcoming season.
