Peter Denty Racing fully sorted this chassis a while ago, correcting the errors of the chassis manufacturer. It is understood that Peter Denty Racing were in the past supplied with 23 chassis by the same company who also supplied chassis to Van Diemen and Royale Racing
Modified cross member tubing to ease driver access
Correct 5-Speed Hewland MkV Gearbox rebuilt by Hewland Agents J P Racing.

Possibly the 23 was most successful Lotus sports racer ever. Tubular spaceframe chassis, all-round independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, lightweight bodywork, front / rear anti-roll bars, the main fore and aft tubes carrying oil & water between the nose-located radiators and mid-mounted engine ? how advanced was this?
