We have a very nice running and driving survivor 1972 Chevrolet El Camino Super Sport 454 that just became available. It has 3 original owners, and the last 2 owners were father and son that have owned it since 1994. The original owner is friends of the father and son, and the full vehicle history is available. The El Camino was purchased new in March of '72 from Routson Motors in Delano, MN (see original purchase order and build sheet). This is a true SS that is all numbers matching. It is packing the original 454ci that is paired to the original TH400 and original 12-bolt posi traction rear axle with 3. 31 ratio. It has 53, 049 original documented miles and also can be verified through the original owner. The paint was originally cream yellow but was painted black back in the 80's. This El Camino retains all of its original sheet metal. This '72 is equipped with power steering, power front disc brakes, factory air conditioning, aftermarket radio
(original comes with sale), aftermarket wheels, dual exhaust, and new tires. This is the perfect candidate to drive as is and keep the survivor or for a restoration. The El Camino runs great, stops straight, and everything works as should. The owners wanted to keep the El Camino as original as possible and have been driving it while properly storing and maintaining it throughout the years.
