The proportions and classic design of the Alfa Romeo 8C are reminiscent of the finest Italian cars. The Spider version was produced in a limited series of just 500 units, as was the coupé version. It features a soft top, typical of most convertible supercars. Its lines are so striking that the 8C Spider was crowned 'Most Beautiful Car in the World' in 2010, and this particular example is one of only two 8C Spiders produced for Belgium. Delivered in 2009, it is finished in captivating Rosso Competizione, with a black leather interior and red stitching that perfectly matches the body colour. Although registered to a Luxembourg company, the car has been regularly maintained by Maserati Brussels. Its first owner covered just 5, 500 kilometres in 11 years. In December 2022, the Alfa was acquired by an enthusiast of exceptional cars, who registered it in Belgium and only drives it on sunny days. Indeed, the 8C Spider is best enjoyed with the wind in your hair, allowing you to take full advantage of the magical sound of its Maserati-derived 4. 7-litre V8 engine developing 450 bhp.
The black leather interior has been specially treated to resist UV rays, preventing the seats from becoming too hot when the car is driven with the top down. Today, the car has just 6, 540 kilometres on the clock. A true collector's item because of its rarity, the 8C is delivered with its car cover.
