Ford Escort Mk2 Rally Car
Good condition and ready for racing, mechanically all in order and has been in a warm garage for a few years now.
Finnish National Group F with AKK inspection card.
It was built from a standard 1. 1 model. There are registration papers from 2006, engine size is listed as a 1. 6, the now fitted 2. 0 has not been recorded on the registration.
Engine:
- 2. 0 OHC (205hp, 231Nm):
- 205 engine block.
- Crower cranks.
- 92mm Wiseco pistons.
- Steel flywheel with sintered clutch.
- Head with 44/ 38 valves and Crane 310 drag cam.
- 45mm Webers, Facet fuel pump.
- Martelius 4-2-1 RACE exhaust + 2. 5" pipe.
- VPV Thunderspark 2 direct ignition.
Drivetrain:
- Toyota T50 5-speed dog gearbox with Ford adapters.
- Volvo 1030 axle, dana lock and 5. 38 ratio (not driven much).
- 4-link + Watt-link rear.
Suspension:
- WC crossmember.
- Quick rack steering.
- 305mm ventilated discs with Volvo 4-piston callipers in front.
- Volvo discs and callipers in rear.
- Hydraulic handbrake.
- Large front coilovers with Bilstein shock absorbers, adjustable upper ends.
- Adjustable lower wishbones and reaction bars.
- Bilstein coilovers in the rear.
Interior:
- Atech North folding seats (stamped 2021). Very little mileage.
- 3" Sabelt belts (stamped 2017).
- Omp intercom unit.
- Pedalbox
Other:
- Gravel wheels, 6x Compomotive ML with 6x15 rims.
- Ice spike wheels 2x Revolution and 2x Compomotive MO with 6x15 rims.
- Audi 15" turned sheet metal wheels as transfer wheels.
- Additional lights 4x Wesem xenon lights with fiberglass housing.
