1996 Ford Mustang Cobra
This is a rare oppurtunity to acquire a custom built, extremely fast street / drag racing car that will out perform most Supercars and at a fraction of the cost.
The 598 cubic inch (9. 8 Litre) Ford V8 engine was built by Knight Racing Services and produces 850HP and 770 lb/ ft of torque on Shell 'V' power.

If additional power is required two Nitrous Oxide kits are fitted, a Cheater plate kit and a Big Shot Fogger kit. The Nitrous Oxide input being fixed (Jet adjustable) on the plate kit and regulated by a programable controller on the fogger kit.
Included with the car would be five 10lb Nitrous Oxide bottles, Bottle heater water trough style , 12v bottle blanket heater and blanket battery.
Transmission
Fully Race Prepared Two Speed Powerglide by Andy Frost of Penn Autos with Transbrake, Oil cooler and transmission temperature gauge fitted.
Although the car has only completed a minimal amount of 1/ 4 mile passes in its lifetime, 40 in 2007 and 30 in 2008 and very little street use the Engine and Transmission have both undergone extensive rebuilds with many new parts. Both units have been fitted back into the car and test run at WRE Ltd.

Chassis tag to 8. 50 sec (2007) Could be tagged to 7. 50 with minimal work, details on request.
