Here I have for sale A 1952 MG, TD left hand drive. That does need a degree of restoration but the bodywork is incredibly solid with no rot that I can see just some surface rust due to the paint peeling from the car being outside in the baking sun in America. It is running a Datsun 1300 engine and gearbox out of a 120y so drives more modern and can keep up with todays traffic better. When the engine conversion was done they fitted the engine and box to all to the original mounting points so if you want to change it back to standard it would be a easy straight forward job to do. The car runs and drives good but the tyres are cracked up so they will need replacing before driving on the road
Classic cars are like money in the bank at the moment if you look after them they are going up in value every year.
Please remember that this car is 65 years young so it is not perfect but it oozes coolness and is nice to drive (for one of these).
