A spectacular Delahay 135 three position drophead coupe by noted Dutch coach builders Pennock. The car has had a fastidious restoration & has seen little use since. It is finished in deep maroon paintwork throughout. To the interior is biscuit hide in immaculate as new condition along with contrasting maroon carpets. The hood is of beige mohair.
The car has just arrived from a prominent private collection where it was little used after a massive restoration to the wonderful condition we find it in today. We are undertaking a full recommissioning service & can attest that it sounds simply wonderful with the 3. 5 litre straight six emitting a strong bark & providing spirited performance. The engine bay is detailed to show standards with a fully rebuilt engine & a complete rewire. The body was removed during the restoration & literally everything that could be done to the car was done.
The coachwork is particularly elegant boasting pontoon style front wings & no running boards. The versatile hood can be used fully closed, half open in sedanca mode or fully open giving the car a rakish & streamlined appearance.
