Vehicle sold new in France in 1949 to Paul Colline, actor and entertainer
Purchased in 1967 by Mr Hénault Senior, who at the age of 23 began the restoration of the vehicle.
This restoration took 2 years and the vehicle was returned to service in 1969.
The restoration was carried out whilst preserving the original mechanical components of the vehicle.
Since that period, the vehicle has remained the property of the family and was passed on to Mr Hénault Junior in 2024.
So this Delahaye has spent 59 years in the hands of the same owners.
It is today in running order and capable of taking to the road in good condition under the necessary supervision required for vehicles of this generation.
Its mechanical components (engine, gearbox, axle, running gear, braking) function well.
A standard mechanical service will be carried out prior to sale
Other information:
- Roadworthiness and registration costs to be borne by the purchaser
* Subject to any data entry errors, please verify the vehicle's specifications with one of our sales advisers *
