The Fiat 600 was launched in 1955, just two years before the 500 and produced until 1969. It was hugely successful and 2. 7 million were built in Italy plus a further 2 million under licence in Spain, Yugoslavia Germany and South America. Unlike its baby brother, the 600 was water cooled with four cylinders. Interestingly, the “How many left” website shows just 78 cars currently on the road in the UK, 10% of the number of classic 500’s.
This car is a 1966 Fiat 600 in its original colour of Shell Grey with a red and white interior. It is UK registered but an original Italian built car that was in Italy until from new until 2016. It is in beautiful original condition, the body is rust free and the underside is in superb original order and never welded. The mileage is 83, 000km’s (52k miles) which we believe to be correct.
This 600 has just had a check-over in our workshops and is ready to use. We have changed the oil, it has recently been fitted with 5 new radial tyres and has MOT until September 2018 with no advisories.
