1971 JAGUAR XJ6 4. 2 SERIES ONE AUTOMATIC
Just arrived into stock with us is this absolutely stunning Series 1 XJ6 finished in “Jaguar Light Blue” with a matching blue leather interior.
85000 recorded miles from new, it presents with a history folder to include many previous MOT's and old tax discs as well as service history invoices and two sets of keys. The car has had only six owners from new and we are in possession of a copy of the original V5 for the car showing the original keeper had for the first seventeen years.
This is a very well sorted xj6 that drives fantastically. It has been correctly maintained over the years and has also had considerable expenditure in 2007 and 2015 to ensure that she looks in the superb condition that she does today.
We will be treating the car to a fresh service prior to delivery. Tyres are in excellent condition and some of the service history highlights are as follows:

All of the above has been completed within the last 3 years with the previous owner stating it has been a real labour of love but he has sadly had to part with the car due to his loss of storage and his advancing years.

The car requires a couple of very minor jobs to make perfect which have been allowed for within the very sensible asking price: headlining is marked in areas (but not sagging) and the left hand petrol tank could do with a refurbishment and new sender unit the same as the right hand one had recently been treated to (less than £200 expenditure for the tank and a full headlining kit including the pad can be purchased from aldridge trimming for £122)
