The car was restored in the '90s which is supported by a full photographic record and bills. During the restoration the car benefited from an engine rebuild which included a conversion to accompany unleaded fuel, uprated brakes, electronic ignition and wire wheels. At this time the car was also fitted with a Moto-Lita steering wheel and an uprated rocker cover, both original parts are supplied with the car as well as a tonneau cover.
