1990 Rover Studio 2 Mini.
This is a fantastic little mini which over the years I have had professionally fitted with upgrades that make this classic a solid, reliable and future proof car. Here are this cars specific items of interest.
Fitted with a MED 1330 road engine.
Omega pistons, MED road torque cam, stage 3 head, 1. 3 roller rockers lightened and balanced throughout inc clutch/ flywheel, std gearbox 3. 1 final drive, HIF44 carb on rare Mini spares large bore intake, ITG air filter maniflow, EVO LCB manifold and exhaust system and electronic ignition. Fitted in 2012.

The car had been de-seamed when I bought it and the roof sprayed its lovely speckled grey colour.
My mechanic has confirmed the mini's underneath has been undersealed.
Cobra front seats still in excellent condition with TRS bolt in 3 point harness.
3 spoke leather Astrali steering wheel.
Polished bullet door mirrors.
8 spoke alloy wheels.
8 piece carpet deluxe set (Purchased by previous owner)
I bought this mini in 2009 from a local car dealer and for the last fourteen years I have had the mini professionally serviced and all worked carried out by M. L. Motorsport Ltd.
** A new full M. O. T is in place, expires 24. 08. 2024 **
A full service and inspection has been carried out by M. L. Motorsports on 04/ 09/ 23. Spark plugs, rocker gaskets/ value clearances, oil top up and other fluids, running gear checked, no issues. Underside and rear subframe checked no issues apart from surface rust only and the MED 1330 engine unit checked no issues. (Invoice of work provided)
All invoices and certificates from previous services and M. O. Ts have been kept.

There are six speakers and a SENDAI stereo head, but it only seems the front speakers work and one of the speakers under the rear seat has a centre part, which has come away. I never got round to having the system looked at.
There is a small dent in the rear drivers side bumper and some bubbling under the window. (See Photo)
On the passenger side of the car there is some bubbling under the paint work on the front wing, bottom corner of door and near the filler cap. (See photos)

There is no trim around the roof lip, as I have never found any that stay on properly!
