This extremely rare MG-TA Tickford is one of only 37 built in 1939. 3rd owner old style green logbook available. It is estimated that less than 150 examples survive today. There is a private register with addresses and enthusiast list of around 60 people worldwide- an “exclusive club”. We are in it!
This example also sports custom luggage rack and amazingly a full complement of original tools nestled in the engine bay toolbox. The rebuild was carried out by Alistair Naylor of Naylor Brothers in Hollings Hill
We are unable to drive this car anywhere without nearly everyone giving the thumbs up, waves and huge smiles “Jessie” is an adorable little car. This is one of those few cars which makes people happy. Our Tickford underwent a complete restoration being completed in 2009 after a “Barn find” in 2001. We have detailed photo collection & video’s all the bills listing every step of the way, over £70, 000 spent. She is sound and a great driver.
