This very original, 1972 MGB Roadster has been brought to the market, for only the 2nd time in its life.
Owned by the same family from 1972 until 2022, bought by my best friend last year, and used very sparingly in recent decades.
Always garaged.
There is MOT certificate evidence to show that the car has only done about 3500 miles, in the last 24 years. Total mileage 57 000, believed to be genuine.
Drives very well, with a lusty engine, that pulls well. Fitted with functioning overdrive.
The car recieved a, same colour, respray in 2015.
Some small age-related issues, likes it could do with new seat squabs, but all in all, a very well presented car.
New battery, fuel pump, front suspension bushings, and rear tyres fitted recently. New hood (from MG Owner's Club), recently fitted.
The car has a good history file including the original bill of sale, service book, several old MOT certificates, and comes with a fresh MOT certificate, performed May 23.
Car is located in Fife, 40 minutes north of Edinburgh. Originally from the Preston area, this very original, unmolsted car, was with the same family from it's purchase in September 1972, until it changed hands in September 2022, almost 50 years later, to the day.
