Description
This classic 2CV Dolly is in really good condition. The body was rebuilt approx 4 years ago onto a galvanised chassis with four new wings and four new doors, new bumpers and new floors in the cabin and boot as well as a clutch replacement. Four new wheels and tyres were fitted at the same time. The upholstery is unmarked and the dash with its instruments look as good as new. It drives superbly and stops equally as well. With almost 12 months test (no advisories) and the fact that since its rebuild it has covered less than 3000 miles , it should provide years of enjoyment.
The only slight down side is the off side rear sweep shows slight corrosion but rather than cover this up I have left it for any prospective buyer to see. Also the white paintwork has an unusual leather like texture but very little else to detract from it's overall great conditionIt was bought and rebuilt for the previous owners' wife who didn't like it and due to their relationship breakdown wasn't used very much. Now for sale as I have too many Citroen A series cars that need money and attention.
