Description
Lynx is now for sale , engine cleaned, work done, pimped @ car cleaners. Some very shiny clean car pics as possibly the only time one of my cars is shiny. . . I then added the fetching pink arrows for defects. Regularly used and misused 1933 Lynx as driven all year... disappearing hood model with tonneau cover, side screens etc. . Being sold as my only 9hp as the others are 12/ 4 so similar spare parts and the thatch needs replacing. Loads of work done without engine being opened ie most gaskets replaced except head.
Date ebay gives it is daft check DVLA (- details above)
Bad points carbs still playing up occasionally so left before I get grumpy ; creases in both back wing tips (Gloucestershire owners gatepost not me); Headlight suffered from attack of the rampant bonnet corners (same owner); bad paint repairs to corner of top lid; Speedo about 9mph out on the optimistic side; Petrol gauge last worked when Harold Wilson was PM . Also car is named Mehitabel since new ( a cartoon cat) Has some spares otherwise converted from Bugatti Blue (1960's) to Volvo Blue (1980's). Three lever arch files of history. Spent a year in Toulouse with an owner who got vertigo over 30mph , 13 years with me 30 years with a previous owner in Dorset . Good points corners stunningly, open roof for non standard hand signals, cute and fun but want my Falcon back and going so one has to go so she can stop sulking and throwing toys out of the pram. Too many cars @ home. Email in advertWork carried out between the 12th & 23rd of June.
