Mercedes 190e Sportline, fully HPI clear and a full 12 months MOT with no advisories
Mercedes M104 3. 2 litre straight six 24 valve engine conversion! The install was carried out in 2012 and is incredibly clean, looks and drives completely as if it were OEM factory. Lots of power, lots of torque, sounds silky smooth and unmodified/ stock so also completely reliable. Just had a full service and new water pump, drive belt, thermostat and idler pully.
This 190e is as good as it gets, absolutely no rust whatsoever, no bubbling paint, perfect arches, I honestly can’t go anywhere without it getting compliments and being photographed!
The underside of the car has had a complete and full recommissioning. No welding and there was no rust to treat but everything is new, trailing arms, suspension shocks and springs, top mounts, all bushes front and rear, prop guibo, absolutely everything! Any inspection welcome, more than happy to jack the car up so you can see the quality of the work, no horrible underseal!
• Full custom built stainless steel exhaust system brand new in February 2025. Includes 3 silencer sections so sounds incredible under acceleration but zero drone on long runs
• Uprated AMG C36 front callipers, discs and pads
• Genuine AMG staggered Monoblock 17inch alloy wheels just been powder coated with McGuard locking nuts... no rubbing on the arches even with the car full
• Four brand new quality Falken A rated tyres
• Full black leather interior with matching leather door cards, no rips or worn bolsters
• Full colour coded Mercedes Cosworth body kit
• All the wooden console trims replaced with new Zebrano wood and matching gear knob
• Just had a full service with coolant flush
• All dash lights illuminate with key then go out with no faults including ABS
• Remote central locking with immobiliser and alarm
• Modern retro looking Blaupunkt stereo with Bluetooth connectivity
• Sportline steering wheel fully re-trimmed by Royal
• Electric windows all round
• Electric sunroof tilt & slide (never been brave enough to slide it back incase it didn't close again!)
• Auto box fully serviced with new oil and filter
• New bonnet insulation
Metalic paint work is nice, original glass all round, custom magnetic 190e and 3. 2 badges for the boot, warning triangle,
The car is on 141k miles. I have been advised by the chap who did the conversion that the engine and gearbox had 84k miles on when fitted in 2012 and at that time the car had 120k miles so the engine will be around 105k miles at this point. There are lots of invoices, old MOT’s etc but no service stamp book. The V5 is in my name and address.
Being really picky the only minor issues are the right passenger rear window doesn’t operate and there is a very small chip in the windscreen which is well within spec for MOT and has never been advised on. Not looking for any offers at all sorry, its a fairly unique car, for the condition and specification I have priced it very reasonably to sell so the price is the price, no negotiation. I’m in no need of the money, I’m only selling as I have bought a long term project car from Co-Part that I need garage space to pull apart and work on.
It’s a 35 year old car so its obviously has little marks here and there and is sold as seen, no warranties no returns but you are welcome to inspect and test anything at all you wish, no group viewings.
