This is a very limited special edition made for the southern European market with a 1300 carburetor engine, there are only 148 surviving units, making this mini model very desirable at all levels due to its functionality and rarity, very coveted at a level worldwide.
After this rare model, all Mini Coopers received the often problematic fuel injection system, which also makes all the common power improvements that are easily made on carburetor minis difficult and sometimes impossible.
