Description
1931 Austin 16/ 6 Romney Coupe with dickey seat body by Martin Walter, one of two known the other being Heavy 12/ 4. Purchased by late father in the early 90’s only selling due to downsizing collection. The vehicle is currently running and driving but has not been used seriously for a number of years and will require a check over before use. The vehicle is in good overall condition but does have a few age related blemishes on the paint as per photos. The interior is in good condition and the front bench seat has been retrimmed during ownership. At present the V5C currently has the chassis number as the car number, a couple of incorrect digits on the engine number and the colour stating cream and brown. This should be able to be changed with help of the Vintage Austin Register.
The vehicle always gets a lot of attention wherever it goes and needs a good home.
