Spares or repair. There are only four of this year / model left on the road in the UK so quite a rare car. Open to offers
Left it out of the garage overnight a couple weeks ago and it got broke into, they jemmied the drivers door, and damaged the roof next to the door, Ive managed to straighten the door out, they smashed the drivers side window and then ripped all the wires out of ignition trying to hot wire the car, see photos, luckily the battery was flat so they couldn't steal it.
I had to stop restoration work on the car due to ill health, been sitting in garage for a good while now.
Needs a lot of work if you want to get it back on the road, needs lots of welding, sills [got the replacement sills[skins only] see picture, rear wheel arches to weld see photos, sub frame needs welding or replacing, i have replaced the front cross member, see photo, i have done a lot of work on suspension, receipts available, replaced most bushes , drivers side trailing arm still to do , got the bush for it, rear compensate arm needs sorting, got bushes, both front lower arms to replace, i have got both arms, brand new, brakes are good, front brakes are brand new.
Scratches on boot / roof need buffing out, also a few rust patches on other parts of car.
Engine and interior are very good , engine does not overheat or use oil/ water, will run all day, it may need a new distributor flash guard as i cracked the one on the car, engine still runs fine.. New ish battery, but not holding charge Alternator was professionally refurbished a while ago, and works spot on . Got new rotor arm and distributor cap and a few other parts to be fitted.
Cant think of any thing else, trying to be open and honest.
Will need trailer ed away.
I am looking for someone to make me a reasonable offer on the car, open to negotiate on price, would be a shame to just scrap it. Contact me for further details.
