I am selling a vintage van, a 1968 Fiat 241 AT first series 1400 petrol model, entirely original as it came from the factory – no modifications except for the rear bumper protection bar, a typical addition of the era on these vehicles. Mechanically perfect, the entire braking system is new; a full service has been carried out – it would take too long to describe everything in detail; all documents and number plates are original from the period and 100 per cent road-legal; it comes with all the standard equipment, such as the jack and other items, all keys are duplicates – for the ignition, the doors and the fuel cap; the original bodywork is well-preserved, showing signs of use and age; original seats; the original cab roof is in good condition and intact; currently, if we want it to be perfect, it requires a restoration. The engine has never been flushed.
It had only one owner until 2018 – a craftsman who used it for short journeys; it has covered less than 70, 000 km. I then purchased it and carried out all the necessary maintenance to make it roadworthy; since then, it has been used sparingly, only for leisure or for film shoots as a prop, as shown in the photos.

The engine has never been washed, and it has been stored indoors as it is not used; it does not have roadworthy insurance. It is currently covered in dust, but a thorough wash alone would improve its appearance; given its originality, it is already beautiful just as it is. I repeat, I am a former collector who is very serious and meticulous, with experience in mechanics; I have owned many classic cars which I have sold, and I currently still own three others in addition to this one. It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to sell them as I am moving on to a new project.
