Description
1985 Fiat Uno Turbo, first series, mid-metallic grey colour, with black fabric interior, featuring the classic red badge/ design, and as it should be for this early model, all in excellent condition, probably used with some seat covers or with meticulous care. The odometer shows 125, 000 km; I don’t know if they are original, because it is over forty years old, but given the condition and how it runs mechanically, they could be genuine. The shell has no cracks or extraordinary welds; a genuine car, not perfect, but well maintained and regularly serviced. The car was re-registered in 2019; it was probably scrapped to avoid paying the tax discs, and then put back on the road. For fans of the original plate—and now I’m speaking to potential Italian buyers—there is a possibility to retrieve the first plate, which was Treviso, obviously by applying to the Motorizzazione Civile, as has been possible for a couple of years now. Car visible in Silea, Treviso, Italy; viewing by appointment is advised. Car bought as-is; no bodywork or special cleaning interventions were carried out to make it look nice, and I think that’s unnecessary, since it has been kept very well in recent years, at least since 2019, but perhaps even earlier; certainly it wasn’t used for racing or anything. The adhesive stripes are not original to this model; they can always be removed if you don’t like them.
