This BMW Z3 has been serviced and had new front brakes and calipers. This, coupled with the low mileage, 2. 8 widebody makes it rare and highly desirable indeed. These high-quality roadsters are well built, comfortable and even surprisingly practical, being easy to drive and fairly economical. This model averages 32+mpg. The car is in excellent condition for age. This is the sought after "Wide body" model with and staggered, more purposeful 17" wheels (professionally refurbed) - original 16" wheels also available).
It has silky smooth performance which is extremely refined at all speeds.
The retro looks have aged very well, and I personally think that this car now looks far more stylish than any of its rivals of its time - it is also far superior when it comes to build quality - this 20+ year-old example still feels as tight as a drum and it performs like new.
EXTERIOR
The Z3 is fitted with an electric soft top roof which is simple and easy to use. Operates as it should. Hood in excellent condition 8/ 10 with car having had a hard top from new and mostly stored indoors.
Gleaming TITAN SILVER paintwork, a few age-related marks as can be expected of a 26yr old vehicle. No rust. One blister found.
Choice of alloys.
Unmolested exterior - as it came out of factory. No exterior modifications – genuine BMW.
ENGINE PLUS
All good here. You should buy a car this age based on condition as well as mileage. The low mileage? A true bonus! Well cared for - drive it and you will agree.
Sent it in to my BMW technician Jun 2022. The following work has been done:
- Oil change using premium Millers oil 5W40
- Bosch Oil Filter
- Bosch Air Filter
- Spark Plugs NGK x6
- Power steering fluid change
2026 - service and front brakes.
Comprehensive service file (14 stamps), receipts, MOT history etc. Black leather owner’s manual.
INTERIOR
In fantastic condition for 26 years of age - and I mean fantastic - no bolster wear. It has only done 29k miles (that's an average of 1. 1k per year). It is not a show car and there will be the odd mark here and there. I would like to think this car will be sold to someone who will continue to nurture and care for it. It is surely one of the nicer examples of an unmolested, low mileage, facelift, widebody Z3 you will find and has the potential to be a future classic if looked after and maintained to the current standard.
Full black leather electric seats. Bushes have been replaced on both seats as a routine fix.
Original stereo. All speakers function as they should.
Power locks with immobiliser.
Viewing is recommended to fully appreciate what a fine example this is (but please no test pilots or tyre kickers) hopefully the photos will do the car some justice, but in all honesty, it really does need to be SEEN and DRIVEN to be fully appreciated.
Genuine BMW rollover bars from factory. So many extras from factory.
No canvassers. Low mileage example. 14 service stamps. All keys and Leather book pack. Full toolkit. 2 former owners. First owner passed away and was taken on my his friend.
