Ducati 2004 Matrix
Removed & cleaned exhaust system,
New exhaust manifold head gaskets
Removed rocker covers, checked valve clearances new rocker gasket seals
Removed cambelt covers to check belt condition/ tension . ok.
Major clean all round engine,
Two new genuine Magneti Marelli injectors IWP-069.
Throttle housing linkage checked & reset to lift together . TPU sensor checked OK
New fuel filter fitted, replaced pump delivery pipe in tank.
Stripped cleaned & refitted the start & fuel pump relay bases & new relays
Resited relays at the rear of the battery.
Large capacity 16mm battery cables fitted
Shido Lithium battery
New RM Stator Mofset regulator, regulator connectors stripped, cleaned, refitted
New genuine Ducati Oil cooler
Bellypan front panel fitted stainless mesh stone guards
Oberon clutch slave cylinder
New clutch fluid
New clutch plate sealed ball bearing and rod O rings
Cleaned & refitted clutch ,
Removed the temp sensor fitting on the crankcase & refitted with new O ring
Replacedshort 90 deg bend coolant pipe to sensor fitting
Cleaned out coolant header tank
Coolant flush
Removed coolant radiator, washed blew through finning to clean surfaces
New coolant,
Test run , fans kick in at temp ok.
New brake pads front & rear
Front brake master cylinder overhauled , new seals
Change all brake fluid
Replaced front fork seals
Bubble screen fitted
Factory toolkit present,
Spare plugs and fuses
With the bike
Spare genuine Ducati matrix with colour bellypan radiator section
Spare fuel pump
New water wetter pack
1 new camcover rubber seal
set cambelts and roller bearings kitI have had Ducati L twins , since I bought a 750GT in 1974. Ducati only made 321 of these, 150 went to the USA. I'm 78 now and its time it had a new home . Been run up regularly every month or so , battery kept on charge.
