1969 Land Rover Series 2a 109 (long wheelbase) with full canvas roof.
Fully restored 6 years ago at 68k miles. Excellent condition, drives perfectly and is very reliable.
Rust free and lives in a dry, well ventilated garage.
New canvas and rear bench seats and seat belts 4 years ago.
Full history since rebuild.
Canvas sides and rear roll up, making it great fun to ride in. Fantastic fun to drive and to ride in. 8 seats in the back means it will take 2 families on an outing. Great for those summer drives to events, the pub, beach etc but also a beautiful example and much admired wherever you pull up.
It's also very rare - you will see quite a few short wheel base 2a rag tops, but not 109s.
Always starts first time and is incredibly reliable. Parts are plentiful and inexpensive so the occasional part replacement will be straight forward.
