Approved at vehicle inspection (Svensk Bilprovning) 2026-05-19.
Registered as a light truck with allowance of three persons in the back seat.
Tyres: Pirelli Scorpion ATR LT 225/ 75 R16.
Braking System: Extensively overhauled with copper brake pipes.
Constant velocity (CV) joints were inspected and serviced in May 2026.
The vehicle was subjected to a bare-chassis, frame-off restoration carried out from 1998 to 2001. The car has only been driven on summer roads and no serious off-road driving has been performed, just driving on gravel roads. On the road, the vehicle tracks true and the steering remains perfectly steady.
Still some parts were left over in this overhaul as the main instrument binnacle where the original tachometer was and still is non-operational, likewise the factory coolant temperature gauge in the dash is out of order. Instead an auxiliary instrument is used to monitor the coolant temperature, which is around 85-87 C during driving.
The auxiliary cold start injector has been intentionally bypassed/ disabled.
The driver-side electrically-operated exterior rear-view mirror (left) is currently non-functioning.
Minor localized paint blistering is visible on the front edge of the bonnet, at the lower door sections on the passenger side, and some oxidation/ rust is present at the upper edge of the rear lower tailgate door. As the owner of this vehicle for 28 years I have decided to sell it due to lack of space for my other cars. A restoration work by myself was carried out from 1998 to 2001. The chassis was fully galvanized, and all mechanical assemblies were fully overhauled.
