Description
FIAT 500 Luxe 1970
Model 110 F
Beige / ochre interior
Period carnet
Certificate of conformity for Italian import
For lovers of retro and vintage looks, this FIAT 500 in Luxe trim will delight you.
A car that has largely stayed true to its original charm.
It arrived from Italy in 2008, from Cuneo more precisely, and has since remained on the Côte d’Azur with its current owner, who is part of Automobile de Cannes.
So 18 years during which it has been driven out on numerous club outings.
The paint has been partly redone where wear appeared, but it retains a large portion of its original, patinated paint, which gives it a certain charm. The original paint is also visible on the engine bay and in the boot. The aim is not to distort it but to preserve its original condition as much as possible. The chrome is bright and in excellent condition. In Luxe version it is equipped with its rear luggage rack and its vintage suitcase.
Having it on the ramp allowed us to assess its condition as fairly satisfactory. Note the oxidation present in some areas, which is quite normal given the age of the car. It is a car that is regularly driven, so wear seems quite normal.
Inside it has kept its old-time charm with period floor mats, very vintage. Only the seats have been reupholstered. For the rest everything is original and functional.
On the engine side, work has been carried out:
- Fitting of electronic ignition
- Removal/ refit of carburettor for adjustment (2021)
- Front tyres new
- Replacement of inlet and exhaust valves
- Piston replacement
- Replacement of the timing kit
The last service was carried out in January 2026 at a specialist garage.
It comes with its period booklet in which the service stamps can be found partially.
It is a car in its original state, fairly well preserved, that can of course be improved over time. But its original character is highly appreciable.
Viewable by appointment.
