Supplied new by Ferrari UK via HR Owen, this 612 Scaglietti was originally ordered as the dealer demonstrator and specified in what many consider to be one of the best colour combinations: Blu Tour de France over Crema hide with dark blue carpets. The options list was extensive, totalling £11, 985 on top of the £177, 500 list price.
The car entered production on 13 January 2005 and was completed on 21 January. It was delivered to Ferrari UK in Surrey before being supplied by HR Owen, London, where it was first registered to HR Owen, V12 HRO on 11 March 2005, commencing the three-year factory warranty.
Interior specification includes Crema leather with Daytona pattern seats stitched in dark blue, Blu carpets, and a host of colour-coded leather options. The upper dashboard, windscreen surround, door cappings, steering wheel and rear shelf are all trimmed in dark blue hide, with a Crema leather headlining.

Six weeks after first registration the car passed to its first private keeper, on 27 April 2005, with whom it remained for almost two decades.
The next and last owner took delivery on 9 March 2024 with 20, 167 miles recorded having been fully serviced by us, including replacement camshaft drive belts. The wheels were correctly refurbished and new tyres all round with new TPMS sensors fitted. The car returned to us in 2024 and 2025 for servicing and MOT testing.
The car is ULEZ compliant. Of the approximately 177 UK cars currently taxed or on SORN, only a small number -27- are finished in one of the shades shade blue, making this a particularly rare combination
