Looks like micro blisters normally from paint contaminants, not normally caused by rusting so that’s good news

You state, very honestly, that 'there is some minor bubbling noted on the bonnet'. This does not appear to be clearly visible in your photos. Would be so kind and add a photo to illustrate the extent of this, please?

Hello Thanks for the note. They are small and hard to photograph but hopefully you can see them in attached. They have not got any worse over the time I have owned the car. Simon.
