We are delighted to offer for sale our beautiful MVS Venturi 200 Coupe, one of just three RHD examples ever made. This car is especially personal to us having been purchased by our MD new from a Rolls Royce dealership in Paris back in 1988!
MVS stands for Manfacture de Voitures de Sport and was started in 1984 Gerard Godfroy and Claude Poiraud with the idea being to create a mid engine sports car built entirely using French systems and components. After various engine and chassis configurations were tested the Venturi 200 was launched at the 1986 Paris motorshow with a 2. 5L turbocharged V6 engine making 200bhp and 216 lb/ ft torque, with the first customer deliveries beginning in 1987.
Our 200 Coupe is in remarkable original condition showing just 38805 kilometres. The car has recently returned from Venturi specialist SL Automobiles in France having had over £6000 spent on a thorough mechanical overhaul. This extremely rare piece of French automotive history is now ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.
