Maybe the lowest mileage oldest Monkey Bike in the UK
The Honda Z50M was the first Z50 Series of mini bikes produced by Honda. It was first made in late 1966 and released for sale in 1967 to the European, Australian and Canadian markets.
The Z50M was fully equipped with headlight, taillight, rear brake light, and horn and mirror and was able to be registered for road use in most countries. For those who don’t know the handle bars fold down and the seat is height adjustable. It is 50cc four stroke.
This bike has covered just 923 miles from new and of course just one owner. It was registered 1st August 1967 making it maybe one of the very first Z50M Honda Monkey bikes in the Country.
I have the original buff style log book and older style V5. I have not registered it in my name because I want to keep the 1 owner history. It has a lovely low registration number
It is fully road legal and has just passed its MOT with no advisories.
It was last taxed in 1991.
It is totally original, its not showroom perfect but its very very good for a bike that’s 52 years old.
The engine runs sweet, to be picky the throttle is a little stiff, maybe needs a new cable.
