We’re selling our classic caravan, a 1992 Eriba Troll, as it’s just not getting enough use, and isn’t really ideal for our family needs now.
It’s in great condition, just had full habitation assessment and service, new leisure battery and charger, new solid wood shelves for cupboard, new jockey wheel handle, new smoke and CO alarms, new offside rear light lens, and a new 12v power source connector has just been fitted. There are a couple of very small and faint creases in the body, and the gas bottle box could now do with a repaint as the lacquer is peeling off. A cycle carrier had been previously fitted, now removed leaving holes where the brackets were but now filled/ sealed with blanking plugs. There are a couple of small chips in the wooden units, but the interior really is in very very good condition. Not far off as new condition. Everything works as it should. The chassis is very good, and undercoated for protection. Tyres are about 3 years old. Being a Troll it has the toilet / sink, gas heater, double bed, single bed, two tables, large fridge freezer, sink, double hob, plus large shelved cupboard, and storage under all the bench seats.
We’re looking for £7, 495 and that includes an awning that came with the Eriba when we bought it, and have never used, and a winter cover.
Eriba caravans are sought after classic caravans, popular amongst those who prefer to be a little different, particularly the VW scene. They are very well built compared to more modern vans, and provide the same functionality but in a much smaller footprint. They are also very easy to tow.
