Hi I've got for sale very first model of KAWASAKI ZX10 B1 1988, the bike is not perfect but is in very good condition for its age. I had own it for 3 years and I never had any problems with it, only age related work has been done:
Front and rear brakes has been fully rebuilt(calipers, both master cylinders, new pads, braided brake lines),
Carburetors synchronization and valve clearance,
New rocker cover gasket,
New clutch kit,
New battery,
New tyres Michelin Pilot Road 3 and many small bits,
I used mainly genuine kawasaki parts. Motorbike starts and rides very well, at the moment there is nothing to do, just past MOT. It is 31 years old granny, but it still puts smile on my face every time I take it for a spin. Still pretty fast 997 cm3 engine has 137 HP, 0-60 3 sec. top speed 170 mph. Mileage at the moment is 23182 but its my every day bike so it might be slightly more. Because bike has more than 25 years insurance is around £100 with 0 years NCB. I decided to sell it because I need something more comfortable for long journeys.
