Up for grabs here is a really rare and rather nice little piece of motoring history.
A very nice, original, MK1 Bond 875.
Nearly 52 years old!
It hasn't been previously mucked about with or bodged - just in need of a little love / light restoration to bring it back to its former glory.
It is a rolling restoration project.
Looks to be pretty much complete - certainly nothing major missing.
A partial restoration / strip down was started by a previous owner several years ago (fuel tank, interior etc look like they have previously been restored).
There is a box of bits to go with it - with all screws etc individually labeled!
I have the windscreen safely wrapped up and stored - obviously this will go with the car.
The all important front suspension / steering is all there and in good order.
Many other parts / engine etc are from the Hillman Imp, and are therefore, cheap and readily available.
I have the key.
V5 to be applied for - however, it is still on the DVLA system, so no issues there (the VIN plate is also present / intact and easily readable).
MOT and tax exempt.
55, 144 miles.
All in all, a very nice, complete and easy rolling restoration project for someone to get their teeth in over the winter.
Reluctantly selling as I'm really into my Reliant Supervan's / Regals and have simply run out of storage space, so the Bond sadly has to go.
This is for collection only, as obviously it can't be driven away. I am happy to assist the buyer in any way that I can to facilitate their collection / delivery.
If required, I can recommend a transporter, whom I have used many times in the past - please just ask.
