Description
This wonderful ex army machine from WW2 remained military property until the 1960's. Upon leaving the army the machine was registered on the civilian system on the 1st of July 1967. She has been in the hands of a Suffolk farmer since 2012 & comes well equipped (field stand, canvas panniers, canvas grips, headlamp blackout mask, convoy rear lamp). Has some interesting history, see documents below. Has a brand new pair of excellent quality reproduction canvas WD handlbar grips with fitting instructions (see photograph below). Comes with the latest DVLA V5C registration document, is registered for free road tax under the 'Historic Vehicle' class & has the advantage of being MOT exempt.
