This stunning 308 was in the hands of the 3rd owner for over 20 years, 4 owners total. Prepared as a road registered race car it was used in the Maranello Challenge on just 2 occasions then used as a charity events. It’s fitted with a dry sump, extensive engine work by Shiltech, excellent bodywork with composite doors and rear section. It has adjustable suspension and modified brakes, AP racing on the front and Alcon units on the rear. A new cooling system has been installed, extinguisher system and carbon Kevlar racing seats, full cage and harnesses and electronic central locking. Many thousands have been spent, receipts for over £83, 000 of development work with a full history folder.
It has had a recent new clutch fitted and full inspection including new belts by Shiltech in 2018 with minimal mileage since. It will come with a new race clutch to fit should the new owner wish. It is road registered with V5 and MOT. The car could be used for racing or as a fast road car bringing a classic up to modern levels of performance.
The vehicle was registered Category D as a result of a dispute between a past owner and a garage over work to be completed and missing parts, all documentation available to confirm.
