Less than 2, 000 miles since the restoration was completed in 2015. Lowered 3" suspension, billet grille, all chrome trim, 15" custom rims with new tires. All new lights, windshield wipers, mirrors, bumpers, glass & rubber moldings. Original CA license plate. Pinstriping on tailgate with Chevrolet lettering in Black. Frame off full powder coated Black gloss frame, springs, spindles, wheel wells & accessories.
Finished in 'Hugger Orange' paint with a custom interior by renown and award winning 'Ron Mangus Custom Hot Rod Interiors'. Black leather with Orange Piping and custom cup holder. new headliner, carpet & seatbelts. Custom sound system with 1000 watt 'Rockford Fosgate' stereo system with 2 -10" woofers, tweeters & mids. Pioneer dash unit. Original gauge dash with custom steering wheel.
327 Chevrolet V8 with 4 Barrel Edelbrock carburetor with added electric pump, 350 automatic transmission, custom 2 fan radiator, all new wiring & battery. Gas tank removed & placed under the bed with custom gas funnel in rear bed with original gas cap in place for original look. New exhaust system, front disc brakes and rear drums.
Stunningly frame off restored with every nut and bolt replaced and with no expense spared and with absolutely no signs or history of any accidents or rust and a truck which had previously obviously always been lovingly maintained and kept even before being restored.
This truck is one of the finest examples of any such custom truck anywhere with a fabulous stance and which must be seen and driven to be fully appreciated - the rebuilt 327 V8 engine is extremely strong and responsive and the rebuilt Turbo 350 transmission smoothly through all the gears.
