This is a excelsior consort 98cc the bike as i can see it is 100% original it does require new tubes and possibly one tyre it still retains its suppliers name on a brass disc riveted to the front mudguard the engine kicks over with good compression but there is no spark at the plug it may need points cleaning i dont know any queshtions you can ring
