The 1988/ 1989 Richard Dodkins/ John Brindley BHL/ ISTEL McLaren M8E has had a full refurbishment in the US and run in recent US vintage events; SVRA/ Auto Club and SCRAMP Spring Classic at Laguna Seca. The car carries an Ed Pink engine rebuild of the original LBP small block Chevy motor and a Graham Collins rebuild of the LG600. All safety systems including fuel cells have been updated along with the replacement of all fluid lines and master cylinders. It has 19. 5 hours of light use at this time and carries the UK period livery. The car is complete and ready to use now! It is an exceptionlly well balanced car to drive and had had no on or off track damage. Now located in our showroom in Belgium Genk , and can be vieuwed at any time. It does include also al lot of spare parts and tools.
