3. 0 td auto box with overdrive , 138000 miles on the clock. In incredible condition for a 26 year old truck. 12 months mot, just been serviced.
Recent work in order to preserve the condition of this truck included
New aluminium radiator and ancillary parts
New Manual freewheeling hubs
New callipers and pads to front
Timing belt changed
All arches treated with dinitrol
4 new shocks and springs
Small amount of welding required for MOT to outer sills completed
New seals to front swivels
New seals to transfer case, rear pinion and front transfer case
5 former keepers, imported in 2003. Only reason for selling is that I have bought a kzj 78 lwb. I thought I could cope with the 71 but it’s just not big enough for kids and bikes and dogs etc. Will be sad to see it go it really is a great truck with no issues whatsoever.
It is absolutely solid with no signs of rust anywhere and it has always been super reliable as you would expect from a landcruiser.
This truck was also specified with the rare feature of a sunroof which still functions fine as does the AC.
First to see I’m sure will buy. Priced very reasonably for a quick sale.
